In this vineyard, we find Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah Petit Verdot, Nebbiolo and other varieties.
The production is regulated with two selections in the plant and one selection when the grapes arrive to the winery. In this way, no more than 30-35 hectoliters are obtained per hectare.
Harvest takes place during fall, when the grapes are perfectly ripened and have acquired the virtues that will provide the best wines.
